Winter School on Federalism and Governance

The Institute for Comparative Federalism of Eurac Research, Bolzano/Bozen, the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Innsbruck announce the 13th edition of the Winter School in 2022. This year the focus lies on “Federalism and/in emergency”.

The Winter School is located in the heart of the Alps and is designed for participants from all nationalities who wish to broaden their knowledge of federalism and multilevel governance through an interdisciplinary and comparative approach. Applications from post-docs, postgraduate & graduate students, researchers, civil servants, employees of national/international organizations or NGOs are welcome. The Winter School explores how federalism can contribute to multilevel, integrated and pluralistic decision-making. It is a unique opportunity to receive training on theoretical and practical aspects of federalism and governance.

Dates: 30 January – 12 February 2022 – as an online edition
